Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the BabyRan game and this website, run by the BabyRan team (“we,” “us” or “our”). By creating an account, playing, or using the website, you agree to follow them as far as the law allows. If you do not agree, do not create an account and stop using the service.

These terms do not replace the App Store, Google Play or Apple TestFlight agreements that apply when you install the app from them, and nothing here takes away rights the law does not let you give up.

2. Your account

An account is yours alone. Keep your password and PIN to yourself, and tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has got into it. You are responsible for what happens on your account, except where the law says otherwise.

Give true registration details, and use an email address you can read: it is how you reset a forgotten password and how we confirm a deletion request. You must meet the age requirement of your app store and of your country, and have a parent's or guardian's consent where it is required.

Do not sell, buy, rent, share or hand over accounts or characters. We may refuse or take back a username that pretends to be someone else, misleads players, or is unlawful or abusive.

3. Rules of play

While playing, do not:

• use bots, macros, modified apps, memory or packet tools, or anything else that plays for you or changes how the game behaves;
• use a bug or unintended behaviour for an advantage - report it to us instead;
• harass, threaten, cheat or pretend to be other players or our staff, or post unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit content, or anything that sexualises minors;
• trade accounts, characters, items or in-game money for real money or anything else of real-world value;
• try to get in where you are not allowed, get around security, or disrupt the game, its servers or other players.

Chat and public activity are seen by other players and may be reviewed when we look into a report.

4. Items, money and a game that is still changing

In-game items, money and characters are licensed to you for use inside the game. They are not your property, have no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may add, change, rebalance or remove content as the game develops.

BabyRan is new and still being tested and improved. The game may be unavailable at times, and while it is being tested, progress, characters, items and money may be reset or removed.

If paid items are ever offered, their price and terms will be shown before you buy, and purchases made through the App Store or Google Play follow those stores' payment and refund rules.

5. Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or where that is needed to protect players or the service. We aim to act in proportion and, where it is appropriate and lawful, to tell you why.

You may have your account deleted at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address on the account (see Delete your account). Once it is deleted it cannot be brought back: your characters are removed from play and your personal information is handled as section 4 of our Privacy Policy describes. Deleting an account does not refund anything.

We may pause or end the game itself, giving the notice that is reasonable and that the law requires.

6. This website

The website tells you about BabyRan and how to get it, and holds these policies. Accounts are made inside the game; the website has no sign-in and takes no payments. You may browse it and share its links for lawful purposes. Do not try to break into it or its hosting, disrupt it, send malware or abusive messages through it, or pretend to be the BabyRan team.

Other websites and services we link to run under their own terms and privacy practices; linking to them does not make us their operator.

7. Content and intellectual property

Logos, artwork, text, game content and other material belong to their respective owners. Playing the game or browsing the website does not give you those rights or permission to claim an official partnership. If you believe something in the game or on the website infringes your rights, tell us what it is and why.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the game keeps in your account, how to have it deleted, and what happens with website logs and messages you send us. Accepting these terms does not sign you up for marketing.

9. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the game running and the website accurate, but cannot promise that everything will be complete or free of errors, or that the game will always be available. As far as the law allows, the game and the website are provided as they are, without further warranties.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost progress, items or in-game money, that come from using the game or this website. This does not limit responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes

We may update the game, the website and these terms. Updated terms appear here with a new date and apply from then on; the game shows them again when they change in a way you should read. If one part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies as far as the law allows.

Nothing in these terms stops you from making a complaint to, or going to, a court or authority that the law makes available to you.
