Delete your account

You can have your BabyRan account and its personal data deleted at any time. It takes one email.
How to ask
- Write to [email protected] from the email address you registered the account with.
- Use the subject “Delete my BabyRan account” and put your username in the message. Never send your password or PIN.
- We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours. We delete it within 30 days of that and email you when it is done.
What is deleted
- The account is disabled and can no longer sign in.
- Its email address, last recorded IP address and device identifier are removed.
- The stored password and PIN are replaced with values nobody holds.
- All of its characters are removed from play.
Character names may stay in past rankings and logs, which are the game's history. Security records needed to investigate abuse or meet a legal obligation are kept for a limited time and then removed. Deleting an account cannot be undone and does not refund anything. The Privacy Policy has the details.
